Group Fitness Strength Training Classes
Total Body Workout Class is designed to boost your metabolism to burn body fat and lose weight while sculpting strong toned muscle. This workout combines strength training with free weights (that target all the major muscles) to increase strength, overall body muscle toning, abdominal and core muscle strengthening along with short circuits of cardio workouts ...all in one single workout. This class builds physical strength, endurance, toning, and flexibility while having fun and meeting new friends! Cost: $40/month or Drop-in $8.00/class. 6:30 A.M. Fitness Express on Tuesdays & Thursdays (40-min.) a fast-pace high intensity circuit training class which boosts your metabolism and energy to help build physical strength and endurance for runners and competitive athletes. This class will build lean muscle, increase stamina and flexibility while having fun in a group setting! Cost: $10/class (classes are held twice a week) and paid at the beginning of the month. Active Senior Fitness Class (Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00-9:45 am) for our more active Senior Men and Women who want to improve their health by taking charge and 'Get Moving'! This class includes a variety of exercises using hand weights to increase strength, overall body muscle toning and endurance; some cardio workouts for a healthy heart and strong lungs; and floor exercises at the end of each class with plenty of stretching to increase flexibility! This class is for any fitness level and is a great starter class to get yourself motivated into exercising! Cost: $5.00. Call the instructor if you are interested in joining the class. Senior Strength & Balance Class (Mondays & Wednesdays 1:00-1:45 pm). This is an easy class for beginners who have not exercised in awhile and need to start exercising again. We use light hand weights, stretch bands and hand balls to increase strength and balance. All exercises are done standing or sitting (NO floor exercises). ~Senior fitness class helps strengthen all major muscles and reduce the likelihood of falling. Research has shown that people who attend these fitness classes on a regular basis increase their balance significantly and are half as likely to fall or less fearful of falling.

Sandy is a certified fitness trainer and instructor for individuals seeking personal training needs to help meet their individual health and fitness goals. This program is for any age and any fitness level whether it is to reach an athletic goal or just to feel better about yourself and do the things you want to do in your life time.

Creative Dance Class for Kids
Students will experience the joy of dance through use of dance props like ribbons, elastic, and percussion instruments, as well as a variety of music. They will learn about the technique of dance: strength, stretch, balance, and the coordination of specific step patterns. Students will explore creating their own dances and performing them in class. The 4th - 6th grade class will also be introduced to several styles of contemporary dance. There will be two age groups: K-3rd Grade at 3:30-4:15 pm; 4th-6th Grade at 4:30-5:15 pm. Cost: $80 for 8 weekly classes (no extra fees for costumes or recital).

Shake Your Soul Dance Class -- for any age and all fitness levels !
The Shake Your Soul class is a unique and invigorating approach to body-spirit fitness. It starts with a gentle warm up to loosen up the joints and then the tempo increases and the participants move with more rhythm and power. The class alternates between directed and spontaneous movement. You will experience your own movement pattern, but also the joy of dancing with others. You do not need any training in dance to participate. It is appropriate for all fitness levels, as you decide how vigorous or gentle you choose to move. It is a fun way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, relieve stress and tension, and to increase your joy! ~Just what the doctor orders, fun exercise!

Yoga with Nancy
Yoga is an ancient system for developing health and a wonderful exercise for the mind and body. There are active poses that emphasize the balance of strength and flexibility while maintaining alignment. Restorative poses create energy and encourage relaxation.
You do not have to be in shapeŁ, young, or flexible to join a Yoga class. The Yoga poses are a unique form of exercise in that the same pose can benefit all body types. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga gives you the ability to concentrate and focus on just what you are doing at any given moment. There is no competition. Each person is working to be the best they can be both physically and mentally with control and awareness. Yoga is a lifelong exercising program for health and happiness. Note: this class will resume in March 2019.

A Journey of Healing Addiction
A Journey of Healing Addiction (Alcohol - Drug - Foods - Gambling - Codependency) this class will explore the healing process within the addictive mind-body-spirit. We will explore the possibilities of healing through Meditation - Movement - Discussion. Cost: $10 per class. No dates scheduled at this time.
