Yoga is an ancient system for developing health and a wonderful exercise for the mind and body. There are active poses that emphasize the balance of strength and flexibility while maintaining alignment. Restorative poses create energy and encourage relaxation.

Gentle Yoga - includes yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, meditation, and guided relaxation to

support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body. Ideal for individuals seeking a softer, more

gentle and slower-paced practice. If concerned about injuries or limitations, please ask for assistance before class.             See calendar for scheduled dates.  Instructor: None at this time.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - is a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner; linking

breath to movement, which creates a steady rhythm for the practice. Ideal for individuals seeking to boost their strength and flexibility.

Thursday Evenings 6:00-7:00 PM.   -- No class at this time.  Instructor: None at this time.

You do not have to be “in shape”, young, or flexible to join a Yoga class.  The Yoga poses are a unique form of exercise in that the same pose can benefit all body types.  Yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga gives you the ability to concentrate and focus on just what you are doing at any given moment.  There is no competition.  Each person is working to be the best they can be both physically and mentally with control and awareness.  Yoga is a lifelong exercise program for health and happiness.
