5 AM to 8 PM (7-days a week)
with certain restrictions to follow which are posted in the fitness center
to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Individual personal training sessions are currently being conducted.
This is a safe way to get motivated and stay motivated with an
individual social distance one-on-one session.

are being held in person on Mondays and Wednesdays
1:00-1:45 PM. Call or text Sandy to sign up.
This program is designed to meet your individual needs and goals.
You may train by yourself or with a partner(s) and you will receive
an individualized program to meet your own fitness goals!
